Rick Daigle, PT, DPT, SFMA, is the Founder and President of Medical Minds In Motion, LLC™. Dr. Daigle is a graduate of Simmons College in Boston and had the opportunity to do an extended externship at Cincinnati Sports Medicine. Dr. Daigle is an active member of the APTA and is a Credentialed APTA Clinical Instructor. His clinical expertise/philosophy is focused around a manual and movement based model. He utilizes assessment tools and techniques such as the SFMA, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Kinesiology Taping and many more.
Dr. Daigle has worked with a variety of types of patients and has consulted with numerous collegiate and professional athletes. He has a special interest in Baseball Players and has studied the mechanics of pitching and how dysfunctional movement causes breakdown, leading to severe injuries.
Dr. Daigle is the creator of “Kinesiology Taping: Movement Assessments & Corrective Exercise Strategies”, seminar series which is meant to expose clinicians to various taping techniques, movement assessments and corrective exercise strategies used to determine what taping techniques are appropriate. He created MMIM with the sole purpose of developing high quality continuing education courses for the allied health field.
Meryl Sullivan, PT, DPT, is a skilled physical therapist, a certified fitter of semi-custom orthotics and a nationally registered EMT specializing in sports medicine, outpatient orthopedics and chronic pain. Dr. Sullivan practices in the Bond Wellness Center at Monadnock Community Hospital and was previously coordinating therapist at Salem Sports and Rehab. She is a national seminar instructor and her clinical expertise includes kinesiology taping, work as a Graston provider, trigger point dry needling, pain management and acute-care cases. Her passion however is to work with athletes and sports programs to ensure safe sporting events through community outreach and trainings.
Dr. Sullivan worked for the Boston Red Sox organization for almost a decade and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Simmons College.
Erson Religioso, III, DPT, MS, MTC, Cert MDT, CFC, CSCS, FMS, FAAOMPT, is the founder of Religioso Physical Therapy services and an Associate at Rose Physical Therapy in Buffalo, NY. He is also the owner of CT-Tool, LLC which designs stainless steel therapy tools for use by health care professionals. Dr. Religioso received his Masters from D’Youville College and his DPT from the University of St. Augustine. His clinical expertise/philosophy is focused on orthopedic manual therapy and has taught multiple seminars on Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Neurodynamics, Soft Tissue Manipulation, Spinal Manipulation, TMD/Headaches, Upper and Lower Quarter Assessment and Treatment. Dr. Religioso works with many different patient populations and has consulted with athletes of all levels. He is the creator of the EDGE Tool™, which is an innovative, and cost effective soft tissue manipulation tool that allows the practitioner to reduce stress on their hands and increase results with their patients. Stephen Mikita, PT, DPT, is a skilled orthopedic Physical Therapist and the owner & director of SG Mikita Physical Therapy. He specializes in Hands-on Manual therapy and Light therapy. He has extensive experience in the Strain-Counterstrain Technique, Evidence in Motion-manipulation, and Myofascial Release which are manual therapy techniques used to ease pain and improve mobility amongst patients. Dr. Mikita works extensively with athletes, outpatient clients and geriatric patients, improving rehabilitation development by educating clients with long-term solutions for dysfunctions. Dr. Emily Splichal is a nationally recognized Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, lecturer and author extensively trained in lower extremity biomechanics, sports medicine & movement dysfunction. She is the owner of Evidence Based Fitness Academy, a continuing education organization specializing in research-based and scientific education for health professionals. Skilled in barefoot training, foot health and postural alignment, Dr. Splichal has been featured on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Doctors, Fox News, The Today Show, and the Dr. Steve Show. Her research has been published in several publications, including Lower Extremity Review, and she has presented lectures internationally on Implementation of Fall Reduction Programs, The Functional Foot & Ankle, and Improving Balance, Posture, and Gait. She is an active member of the National Academy of Sports Medicine, International Association for Gait and Posture Research, and American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Splichal, also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, received her Masters in Human Movement from A.T. AshleyRose Costello, PT, DPT, is an APTA credentialed physical therapist specializing in pediatrics and orthopedic based overuse and post-operative injuries. A movement specialist working with several patient populations, Dr. Costello’s clinical philosophy is focused around a manual and movement based model. With extensive history from pediatric to geriatric acute care, sports & spine physical therapy and orthopedics, she has been published in the APTA Journal of Orthopedics and has assisted patients in Victoria, Australia and Dholahiti, Nepal. She has taught kinesiology, biomechanics & athletic ACL laxity, and has volunteered extensively, serving children and adults with disabilities. Mitch Hauschildt, MA, ATC, CSCS, is the founder and president of Maximum Training Solutions, LLC. He is a Certified Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Trainer’s Association, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Certified Club Coach by USA Weightlifting. Over the years, MTS has worked with variety of clients including Division I Universities, private physical therapy clinics, large market health systems, personal training studios, and high schools. As a Sports Medicine Instructor for TRX™ and a Master Instructor for Innovative Fitness Solutions, Mitch has trained professional athletes in MLB, the NFL, MLS as well as numerous Olympic Athletes. He works with all populations and currently serves as the Prevention, Rehab, and Physical Performance Coordinator for 16 sports, as well as the strength and conditioning coach for Women’s basketball and Volleyball at Missouri State University. Alyssa Weber, DPT, CKTP, is a skilled orthopedic physical therapist with strong manual based orthopedic practice skills. Dr. Weber practices at the prestigious Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, MA where she specializes in evaluation and rehabilitation for post-surgical shoulder, knee, ankle, spine and other orthopedic dysfunction. Koniuto, PT, MSPT, DPT, FMT-C, is a skilled Physical Therapist and the owner of Oakdale Physical Therapy & Fitness based out of New York, which specializes in out-patient, sports injuries, orthopedic and general rehab, and prehab services. David A. Doyle, MS, PT, is a skilled orthopedic physical therapist and the owner & director of Spectrum Physical Therapy based out of southern Connecticut which specializes in sports medicine, spine and other orthopedic specialties.
